We really worked hard to make it fantastic value for money and added lots of neat little features that make it fun playing with or without friends. I hope that clears up some of the questions regarding the price of the game. The entire currency and unlock system in the game has been changed. Cars that you would otherwise have to purchase on the mobile version are unlocked, leaving you more cash to spend on upgrades. I don't know what general enhancements have taken place from the Android version, but I do know that if few changes are made porting an Android game to PC isn't that hard (you mostly just need to recompile with some minor changes for a JAVA VM rather than an Android OS).
